How to clean a nail dust machine?

When cleaning a nail dust machine, first remove the dust cup and pour out the internal dust, and use a vacuum cleaner to clean the residual dust on the surface. If there are stubborn stains on the dust cup, soak it in warm water mixed with neutral detergent for 15-20 minutes, and then brush it gently with a soft brush.

It is also necessary to regularly use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust on the surface of the nail dust machine, or use PE cotton to enhance suction and protect the filter. For glue stains or carbonized dust, you can use oily pen cleaning liquid (such as nail spray gun cleaning method) or alcohol to wipe. For deep cleaning, you can use an ultrasonic cleaner and vibrate with a detergent to remove dirt from the gaps.

When cleaning a nail dust machine, wear canvas gloves to avoid contact with sharp parts. Avoid high temperature or corrosive detergents to prevent damage to plastic parts or filter materials. After cleaning a nail dust machine, the parts of the nail duster need to be completely dried, and then placed in a UV disinfection cabinet or sprayed with 75% alcohol for disinfection. Reserve an inspection port during installation for subsequent cleaning. It is recommended to disassemble and store when not in use for a long time.
