Return & Exchange Policy
If delivery has been signed and request to return & exchange them, Following steps need to be read to avoid misunderstandings:
*We accept return&exchange when the manicure lamps or beauty tools you received:
1. Incorrect stock from a confirmed invoice, the wronging including:spell,color,watt,packing,print.
2. Defected stock, Like nail dryers not working properly when customer received it. Or defected after using for weeks/months but not damaged by the user.
3. The warranty is 12 months from the day package delivered to your warehouse.
The steps of return& exchange:
We need related photos/videos/description to prove that is wrong item or defective stock, then will replace them after confirming. Our processing is agility, normally if it isn’t a big issue we will send replacement with next order or make it as a credit. Generally, we didn’t meet bunch of problems before because all Led manicure lamp tested via QC QA QM QE.
You need to fill in crucial information on articular If in urgent case , we can do priority without these process. We’ll arrange the collection after your return&exchange application is viewed and approved. And refund or replace after the returned products are completely received and tested by our factory, These steps won’t spend a long time.
The return & exchange process will be terminated if there are the following situations:
The products show the obvious signs of artificial usage. The products show the obvious signs of artificial damages. The products’ retail packaging bags & boxes are incomplete or damaged. Merchandise weren’t shipped from us after the examination and investigation.
